Real estate firm invests in affordable houses

WhiteGate Homes Limited, a leading real estate firm, has restated its commitment to affordable housing and realtors.
According to a statement issued on Sunday, the Managing Director of the firm, Mr David Amoye, said this during an award presentation held in appreciation of realtors’ contributions to the company’s growth.
Amoye used the opportunity to call on other realtors to partner with the company, noting that their efforts would be appreciated.
During the presentation programme, the real estate firm rewarded some realtors with four sports utility vehicles and cash prizes.
According to the statement, the award was given to realtors who distinguished themselves in the course of carrying out their duties.
Describing the award presentation as the first of its kind, the managing director said the impressive outings of the realtors were a source of inspiration to the management.
“I sincerely appreciate all our distinguished realtors. You are all superb. This is just a way of showing appreciation to you and also a way of rewarding your hard work,” Amoye said.
He said the realtor who received the highest award was one Mr Adesina Mobarak who got a brand new SUV with cash prize for meeting its N80m target within three months.
The statement said Mrs Gift Emmanuel, also went home with one of the SUV cars and a cash prize of N500,000.
The Chairman, WhiteGate Homes, Mr Sylvester Abiodun, described the company as one that ‘maintains close ties with all customers and have maintained a respected reputation in the real estate industry’.
The statement said some workers were also rewarded with cash gifts.
