of the the following changes on its board:

The appointment of Oliver Alawuba as CEO of UBA Africa who
succeeds Victor Osadolor who retires from the Group Board.

The appointment of Abdoul-Aziz Dia as Executive Director for
Treasury and International Banking subject to the aprroval of the
Central Bank.

The confirmation of Chukwuma Nweke, currently the Executive Director
Operations by the Board as the Group Executive Director, Retail and
Payments.

The appointment of Chiugo Ndubuisi as Group Executive Director and
the Group Chief Operating Officer, subject to the approval of the Central
